I have a one set amount for VIP subscriptions and a donation button for any amount. smile.gif

My old boards were all out of pocket; these when I funded it (though I got that donated to me, I guess) and my other busier forums which have since died down after ownership of that changed as well. I got some money in donations without really having to ask much, but for the most part it was my own dollar that got things rolling.

My board is (for now) out of my pocket but I'm considering adding a "donate" button. IMO, those that donate should expect something extra for their $ but I don't want to remove any features that are already available to all. Are donations taxable & if so, how does all that work?

I'm considering the following but would like more suggestions:

Increase PM storage
Allow uploads and increase size limit
Maybe additional forums but not sure what
Additional skins choices

My site is not a retail site so no discounts on goods.

I don't have any google ads because I don't know how they work! LOL!

I do have a super webmaster that is working to get my board spiffed up though. wink.gif

Suggestions welcomed!
