can any one help me in changing that circle (with these two small arrows wich appears when a visitor to my forum clicks the scroll button) to a different picture or word??
also how cursor be changed

Then thats coded into your browser as far as i know. I use Firefox.

If its that, then the best place would be to ask on FF support > http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=38

If its something else, a screenshot would help please

yes that is exactly what i mean ........ you said it is coded into your browser, does this mean that it is fixed in my browser and can't be edited by me to all users???(only user can change it to him self?)

Yes its not part of IPB, its part of your browser software.

Each user would have to edit there software do to this.
