When Purchasing a Operating Systems. You always wonder about the Performance, what you are going to use it for, how much it will cost.

Here, you can discuss what you find about a particular operating systems. I have attached a POLL so that you can show your view that way as well!

Me, Well, because I have been using it for the past year, I'd have to say Vista. I have gotten to know it so well. The only thing that bugs me about Vista is the Security. You need to be there to basically approve every action. It gets annoying!

I've been using Vista for around 4 weeks now and think it is alright in most ways. The only downfall is the way the menu is constructed, prefer the old XP way.

That's True. However, you can customize vista to head back to the old Menu under "Task Bar Settings" and Set it to Classic View. That's what I did.

XP was good. But, I must say I enjoy Vista. biggrin.gif

XP and XP Pro are a nice change from the fat 16 and 32 days of Windows 95 thru Millenium. But I do prefer the Vista security over all others. They aren't all that bad once you setup your PC securities to your needs and flavour. Once you have them set the OS works perfectly....
