I'm only an admin on my current forums, as we have been going through some issues regarding root administrators. We started with 2 Root Admins. The original account created with the forums, and a newly promoted Root Admin.

The original Root Admin account has been deleted, leaving us with 1 Root account, and recently that Root Admin changed their forum mask to guest, so we currently have 0 root accounts. Is there any way to regain Root access? We have FTP access, and 7 accounts with admin cp.

You only need an account, does not matter if its not an administrator (as you cannot access the SQL toolbox to re-insert the appropriate permissions)
