Quick edit mess up accents, In French and possibly other languages having specials characters Rate Topic:

if given "Voilà un café" in the post it is saved in the database as "VoilÃ un cafÃ©" in full edit. Same was the problem with quick edit, but I changed the character set of field "post" in table ibf_posts and quick edit now save "Voilà un café" as "Voilà un café" to the database. But when taking full edit it shows "Voil un caf ". This cause error characters to be saved in to database. Any idea why this happens. Please reply. Thanx in advance.
