Remove all avatars

Is there a way to remove all avatars from all members on my board? I installed a new skin which has specific avatar sizes. I deleted the uploads folder and that removed everyone's with their avatar uploaded. I would like to remove it from everyone's is this possible?

You should be able to go into the member settings and turn that option off.
