Embedding HTML

I'm pretty sure I have everything turned on properly in the admin CP, but every time anyone tries to embed a video file it just doesn't show up. Any help is greatly appreciated. This only happened when we upgraded to IPB 3. It was working just fine before.

Are you using the media tags ?

Yes, that works... but when I try to use the embed HTML option nothing happens.
