IP.Board 2.3 with IP.Content?

Is it possible to converge IP.Board 2.3.6 with IP.Content? If yes, what versions?

No.

Content needs IP.Board 3 to work, its an application not a stand-alone product (it would be like trying to get say Gallery 3 to work with board 236)

You could in theory converge a 23x install with a 30x install that had content on it, but all you would 'share' would be the login data (so they could login at converge and then choose which forum to go to)

I suppose you could set Content to be the default application on the 30x install, but there's no way to 'use' content with 23x as such.

Oh, since I'm here; is there a way to disable the 'About Me' in the profile?

You can try this (I should point out I have not tested it)

Connect via FTP and remove these two files:

\sources\components_public\aboutme.conf.php
\sources\components_public\aboutme.php

Caution: Download them first then remove them, incase you need to put them back but without those present it will not be able to load that tab.
