Allowing users to register multiple accounts with the same email address

Hi,

I'm currently trying to set up multiple user accounts on my forum using my same email address, however, each time I try it the following error message appears,,,

"We already have a member with that email address, please choose another email address."

...I seem to remember that there is an option on the ACP somewhere to allow/disallow people setting up multiple accounts with the same email address, but i'll be damned if I can find it - if someone could point me in the right direct i'd be most grateful
