Hello

First of all sorry for asking. Maybe you can tell me someone who does something like what I'm looking for?

i am looking for somebody wo can code an addon to sort smilies in categories.
this new smiliebox should appear in the shoutbox and besides the editor when writing a post.
i've added a screenshot how a familiar addon for vbulletin looks like.

at the moment i am using ipb 2.3.6, but want to update to version 3 in the future.
